These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation of these Terms into another language being made available for convenience, the English-language version shall govern and prevail in all circumstances. The governing language is English.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the cv9 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms published on the platform at any given time, constitute the entire agreement between the Player and cv9 with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, or warranties, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.
Eligibility & Age Restriction

Acceptable age verification documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Accounts for which satisfactory age verification cannot be completed within the period specified by cv9 support will be suspended until verification is provided, and any winnings accrued on an account subsequently found to belong to a minor will be forfeited.
Geographic Eligibility
cv9 is designed and operated for the Bangladesh market. Players based in Bangladesh are the intended user base of this platform. cv9 does not make representations as to the legality of its services in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh, and players outside Bangladesh who access the platform do so entirely at their own risk and responsibility. cv9 may block access from specific jurisdictions at its discretion without notice.
Account Registration & Verification
Each individual player may hold only one registered account on the cv9 platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, different device identifiers, or different payment method registrations — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When registering a cv9 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact email. You must keep this information current and promptly update cv9 if any of your registered details change. cv9 accepts no liability for failed communications or delayed account actions arising from outdated or incorrect player-provided information.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
cv9 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in order to confirm player identity, prevent underage gambling, and comply with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. KYC verification may be requested at any stage of a player's account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a first withdrawal, upon reaching cumulative deposit or withdrawal thresholds, or at any time cv9 deems verification necessary.
Players may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents as part of the KYC process:

Account Password and Security

You must not share your login credentials with any other person. cv9 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any activity conducted on your account while you are logged in — or while a logged-in session is open — is your responsibility. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods
All transactions on the cv9 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The cv9 wallet is a BDT-native wallet; there are no intermediate foreign currency conversions, and no conversion fees are applied by cv9 to deposits or withdrawals processed in BDT.

Deposit Terms
The minimum single deposit on cv9 is ৳200. There is no universal maximum deposit limit; VIP tier account holders may have elevated limits applied to their accounts. Anti-Money Laundering
cv9 is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity. All transactions are monitored for suspicious patterns. cv9 reserves the right to freeze accounts, place withdrawal holds, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required by applicable law. Players who attempt to use the cv9 platform for money laundering or financial fraud will have their accounts immediately terminated and all balances forfeited.

Promotional Changes
cv9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any ongoing promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions are available for limited periods and are subject to availability. Bonuses that have already been credited to a player's account and for which wagering has commenced will not be retroactively removed on grounds of promotional withdrawal, unless fraud or Terms breach is involved.
Game Rules & Betting Conduct

Erroneous Odds and Technical Errors
In the event that a technical error, data feed failure, or human error results in demonstrably incorrect odds being published, cv9 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. This applies to both pre-match and in-play markets. cv9 will notify affected players of any voided bets and the reason for voiding within a reasonable timeframe.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the cv9 platform you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and in a manner that does not harm the platform, other players, or third parties. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
- Registering more than one cv9 account, regardless of the identity, email address, device, or payment method used for the additional account.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information at registration or at any point during the account verification process.
- Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.

cv9 monitors platform activity using automated and manual review systems. Players found to be in breach of any of the above prohibitions will be subject to account action ranging from temporary suspension to permanent closure and forfeiture of balances, at cv9's discretion. Where illegal activity is suspected, cv9 will co-operate fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities.
Account Suspension & Closure
cv9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero or negligible balance.
- A player's voluntary request to close their account or activate a self-exclusion period.
- Duplicate account detection, where the newer account will be closed and the older account reviewed.
Player-Initiated Closure
Players who wish to close their cv9 account may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of applicable withdrawal verification. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not met wagering requirements at the time of account closure will be forfeited.
cv9-Initiated Closure
Where cv9 closes an account due to a Terms breach, cv9 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where the breach involves fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse, the balance may be forfeited in full. cv9 will provide written notice of account closure to the email address registered on the account, together with the stated reason, except where providing such notice would compromise an ongoing fraud investigation.
Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion periods are available for one month, three months, six months, one year, or on a permanent basis. Inactive Account Policy
An account is considered inactive if the player has not logged in and has not placed any wager for a continuous period of 12 months. cv9 will send a notification email to the registered address before applying any inactive account administration fee. Inactive account fees, where applicable, will not reduce the account balance below zero. Players may reactivate an inactive account by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.
